Aldridge Traffic Controllers Pty Ltd (ATC) is an Australian owned company with Engineering & Manufacturing facilities located in the Sydney suburb of Rydalmere in NSW Australia. ATC also has offices and service centers in Victoria and Queensland.
What we do
Supported by a large global distribution network, ATC have delivered many successful projects from Sydney to Dublin and many cities in between, we are totally committed to designing and integrating advanced electronic road network management products and providing excellence in adaptive engineering services to the traffic control and global ITS management industry. With a strong, qualified and experienced technical team we provide expert advice, installation and maintenance of the RMS SCATS® system throughout the world.
SCATS® Traffic Signal Controller
We designed & developed the latest SCATS® traffic signal controller, the ATSC4™, which is Type Approved by the Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) formerly (RMS of New South Wales Australia) and DoT Victoria, and currently controlling more than 6,000 intersections globally.
Market Leaders
Leading the market, ATC has deployed the first controller in the world to use the RMS VC6 TRAFF software. This first deployment of the more capable VC6 software is a testament to our commitment to meet & exceed RMS requirements and ATC’s vision of improving global road networks. Our commitment to investing in leading technology through research and development is now directly benefiting NSW Road Users and the RMS with all new ATC Controllers supplied in NSW having VC6 Software. Due to this generational advancement, the ATSC4™ is the only VC6 Controller being deployed on the new Sydney Light Rail project along with the Luas Light Rail Project in Dublin. We are presently providing SCATS® Maintenance and Adaptive Engineering support services to a number of SCATS® Cities around the world.
Manufacturing
We have a tightly controlled manufacturing and service environment covering a floor space of 2000 square meters. The company has high tech surface mount assembly lines with an experienced team of workers designing, developing, manufacturing and quality testing products. Our continued investment in R&D underpins our leadership in SCATS® distribution and the global C-ITS Market.
