Andrew Bull is a Director of the company and has been involved in numerous contracts with Vicroads and has held the position of General Manager of Aldridge Traffic Systems for over 6 years.

Andrew has over 25 years experience in the design and manufacture of traffic signalling equipment overseeing the company’s expansion into other markets.

Michael Twomey is General Manager of ATC. Prior to joining ATC, Michael has over 20 years of commercial and general management leadership experience in both Manufacturing and Service Distribution industries.

Jim Giffin is the Marketing Manager for ATC.  Jim recently joined the company after in excess of 40 years experience in the traffic signal business working with the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW (RTA).

He has had experience in almost every facet of the industry, from traffic signal installation/maintenance, signal controller acceptance testing and for the last 12 years as the Manager Client Liaison for the RTA Traffic Systems Branch with responsibility for marketing and distribution of the RTA traffic management system, SCATS.

Bob Lemon is the Traffic Signal Controller Product Manager at ATC and has over 25 years of experience in the deployment of Traffic Signal Controllers. Bob is a qualified electrical technician who has experience in electronics and communications subsystems.

Bob has worked with Brisbane City Council for over 15 years in the Traffic Division and has experience in the design and deployment of intersection personalities, installation and setup of Traffic Signal Controllers.

Bob was involved in the specification and design of the ATC Alpha16 controller and more recently with the ATSC4 Traffic Signal Controller project.

Bob provides customer support for field and controller issues

Ken Pearce is the Principal Software Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Traffic industry, having worked as Brisbane City Council for over 15 years. Ken is a qualified software engineer and has worked on many software designs for the traffic control industry.

Ken has worked with Real Time kernels and embedded systems for the traffic industry. Ken’s involvement extends to GUI programming and communications protocol design. Ken has had a great deal of expertise in the integration of the TRAFF software in Traffic Signal Controllers and the design of intersection personalities.

Ken is also responsible for various software applications ATC use in the test and production of Traffic Signal Controllers.

Paul Milazzo is the Project Manager for R&D projects run at ATC and has over 15 years experience in Systems Design, having worked for SCADA system designers Megadata/MITS for over 10 years. Paul is a qualified electrical engineer.

Paul has worked in the hardware systems design including SCADA systems, communications systems and Power subsystems. More recently, he has been involved with embedded software and hardware systems for Traffic Signal Controllers.

Currently, Paul is the Project Manager for all Traffic Signalling products and coordinates the technical delivery of product and consultancy services to clients.

Malcolm Young is the ATC Principal Designer, with in excess of 30 years in the Traffic Signalling industry. Malcolm has a background in electronics design and spent many years working at AWA in the Traffic Signalling division.

More recently, he has designed the ATS audio tactile units as well as a range of electronics modules for ATC’ latest Traffic Signal Controller, the ATSC4 controller and for the Advanced Active Warning System for railway level crossings. He has assisted in the design of many LED based lighting products supplied to the traffic industry.

Malcolm is also involved in embedded software programming and has interests in digital signal processing.

Phil Angilley is the Hardware Design Engineer at ATC with over 25 years experience in hardware design and test systems. Phil has experience in embedded software as well and has been involved in power supply design.

More recently, he has been involved with Malcolm Young in designing hardware and embedded software for the ATSC4 Traffic Signal Controllers including modules that switch mains power.

Phil also has experience in product realisation process whereby an R&D project is put into production with the assistance of test jigs and/or program to test new product.
