Such a facility is infact the Member's Forum, a secure place where clients can exchange ideas, request assistance from users to solve common implementation problems faced by traffic authorities around the world.

Members are able to post those queries and receive a record of the query via email and be notified by the ATC website when other users respond or contribute to a particular member's issue. This is really a focused group who can support each other and provides ATC with a channel to assist users in such cases.

This requires for the applicant to have purchased a product or service from ATC in order for an account to be setup.

If you have purchased products previously from ATC then you need to request an account from the ATC webmaster by clicking on Request Account to Access the ATC Member's Forum
