ATC is pleased to announce that the Roads and Maritime Services of NSW (formerly RTA) have awarded Type Approval to our ATSC4 Traffic Signal Controller to their TSC4 specification.
The guidance and co-operation provided by RMS during their rigorous and thorough evaluation and testing process is greatly appreciated. RMS Type Approval is held in high regard throughout the world and now issued to the ATSC4, will assist in advancing SCATS® sales globally and provide RMS with another choice and a more competitive market.
There are now approaching 2000 ATSC4 Controllers installed in 12 Countries around the globe with most connected to the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS®).
The ATSC4 Controller was awarded Type Approval by VIC ROADS in 2007, followed by SCATS® Compatibility from the RTA and now RMS Type Approval to the TSC4 Specification.
ATC continues to increase both local and international market share as the ATSC4 impresses End Users with its exceptional reliability and outstanding GUI, preferred by Traffic Engineers and Field Technicians alike.
