Yunex Traffic becomes part of the Atlantia Group

Today Atlantia welcomea Yunex Traffic and its 3,000 people into the family, with the closing of the acquisition, following fulfilment of all the conditions precedent included in the share purchase agreement (SPA) Atlantia entered into with Siemens on 17 January of 2022.
