REMINDER TO ALL DTP OFFICERS ABOUT SITE CONDITIONS:
- Ensure Section 730 form(s) is completed and provide completed copy to ATC that the site is ready for controller installation. Please indicate site number and send to dtpcontract@atsc4.com.au.
- For sites with existing UC400-T (Blue) modems, ensure Telstra are notified to OPEN PORT 2 (if required) of the UHS Modem. You will need to raise a Remedy Work Order with Telstra. Please contact Paul Dussin at Telstra on 0418 524 551 or paul.dussin@team.telstra.com
- A DTP Surveillance Officer HAS BEEN BOOKED for this date and his mobile phone number emailed to our installers.
- RAI Job created (with SCATS data changes) and notify ATC this has been completed prior to the date of installation.
- Please note, any controllers ordered prior to 2024 with a Blue UC400-T modem will need to be replaced with the newer Black RC440-T modem prior to commissioning as Telstra will not allow the inactive BLUE modem to go online as it is outdated by the black modem.
- If there is a controller swap and the old controller has a blue modem, it can be moved to the NEW controller cabinet and kept operational.
Please note that if any of the above items are not provisioned at the time ATC install the controller, an additional site visit may be chargeable.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note ATC or its subcontractors cannot accept cancellations 7 days before close of business prior to a SCHEDULED installation. A return site visit will be charged if cancellations occur within 7 days of the scheduled date.

In the event of a DTP Victoria Traffic Signal
Controller being damaged due to a car accident, DTP ROCO call ATC's 24 x 7
number on 1300 309 650 and the call centre will record all details and organise an installer and if required, traffic management to attend.
